Whether it’s your first time attending the Expo or it’s been a while, here are few items that will help in your planning.
Q: Can I still attend if I am not an NTP-STAG or SeaWide Customer?
A: This show is NOT open to the public; it is an invite-only event to current or prospective NTP-STAG and/or SeaWide Distribution customers. Contact us to find out how to become a customer. Q: How do I register?

Q: Is The Expo ADA compliant?
A: Absolutely! All sleeping rooms, training rooms, and exhibit halls are easily accessible and comply with ADA requirements.
Q: If I need hotel accommodations for The Expo, where will I stay? How do I make changes?
A: Hotel and travel information can be found above under the “Hotel and Travel” section. Once you are registered, you will receive confirmation details from the NTP-STAG/SeaWide Distribution Events Team. If you need to change your reservation, simply contact your sales consultant with the details. Make sure to regularly check your SPAM or junk mail for emails regarding the Expo.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to The Expo?
A: It is highly recommended that you bring your own laptop or tablet device to place your orders. While we do have iPads to borrow on-site, they are limited and are first-come, first-served. The Expo is all electronic ordering, and there is a dedicated staff on site to assist with any technical questions you may have. It is also a good idea to bring business cards for networking, and because there’s a lot of walking, a comfortable pair of walking shoes. Also, we do offer a Pack & Ship area for you to ship back to your store any catalogs, flyers, brochures, and samples you collect on the show floor, free of charge!
Exhibitor FAQs
There is a lot to know when planning to exhibit at any tradeshow, Expo is no different. Here are a few quick tips to help along the way.
Q: How do I know if I can sign up for booth space at the Expo?
A: The Expo is open to current and/or approved prospective suppliers. If you currently partner with us, contact your Category Manager for details on how and when to sign-up for your booth space and sponsorship information. If you are a new supplier of aftermarket RV and/or marine parts or accessories, please contact us at (800) 432-8063.
Q: Am I allowed to sell or give away product while in my booth?
A: Companies are NOT permitted to sell anything for delivery at the Expo; orders may be taken for future delivery ONLY. Giveaways are permitted per the Expo Rules and Regulations and are subject to Show Management approval.
Q: When will I receive my exhibitor badge(s)?
A: Badges may be received onsite at the Registration Desk before entering the show floor. Registration hours can be found on the Exhibitor Information page. Badges are required to be worn at all times while on the show floor. ** Remember ** – do not leave them in your booth; security will request to see your badge upon entering the show floor.
Q: How do I get my freight to The Expo?
A: We have set up programs to minimize cost and ensure your freight gets to the show safely and on time. Please go to the Exhibitor Info page to see the complete details. If you have additional questions, please contact your Category Manager or NTP-STAG, SeaWide Distribution Events Team for more information.
Q: What is the photography policy?
A: Exhibitors are not permitted to photograph or video the exhibit or product of another exhibitor without prior approval.
Q: What is appropriate attire while exhibiting at The Expo?
A: Attendees, exhibitors and media must wear appropriate apparel at all times. Business or business casual attire is suggested. Logos and sayings on apparel must be in good taste. Show Management reserves the right to make determinations on appropriate apparel.
Q: If I have questions about my booth space, who do I contact?
A: Contact your Category Manager directly with any questions regarding your exhibit space.

Q: Can anyone attend the Expo?

Q: Can I use the images from this site for publication purposes?
A: Unfortunately, no, the images on this website or any other LKQ Specialty site are not for use without the express written consent of NTP-STAG and/or SeaWide Distribution. Please contact the events team to request permission and include where the images would be used and in what media format. The events team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
